in Hardware and Software. These tests cover the basics of Hardware and Software that make up most Computing courses.

Edutainment
A different approach to learning is demonstrated with Edutainment scenarios.map button
These are suitable for English and Computing. The English scenario is based on the novel Buddy by Nigel Hinton. The Computing scenario is called Percy Processor and covers the basics of 'his' computer organisation.
investigationsBoth scenarios combine basic learning content with contextual settings. With Buddy there are exercises and activities that demand the correct use of different exercisesparts of speech whereas with Percy Processor the activities concentrate on structure and data representation starting with the binary number system.

A range of activities for the geography classroom such as weather and data recording,weather diary compiling tabular data and mapping earthquake activity have been assembled here.
There are links to websites for weather forecasts and a downloadable weather diary for recording local weather data.
